- Dismantling / Fabrication & Erection of Economizer Casing. Supply and installation of the scaffolding for safe working .The coils have to be removed from last side of economizer. Scaffolding should be strong enough for carrying the coils during removal. Crane for removal and installation of coils . Removal of insulation, casing & again reinstallation. Removal of coils. The connections with other tubes and headers needs to be made be proper. Installation new coils and welding with header and existing coils. 100% dye-penetrant examination of tube to tube and tube to header connections. Hydro test of economizer.
